WHAT SIZE ARE THE CARDS?

The cards vary by design; the size of each card is specified in the product description.

 

ARE THE CARDS EXACTLY AS SHOWN ON SCREEN?

The majority of our cards are handmade so there can be some small variations. Of the printed cards, there are some that are laser cut which means there could be some slight browning at edges - this is unavoidable due to the technique used but we promise doesn't take away from the magic of the card. 

 

CAN I ORDER CARDS BY DIFFERENT ARTISTS?

Yes, of course. See below for more info on sending different cards to different recipients however.

 

I WANT THE MESSAGE IN MY CARD TO BE IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Yes – as long as the language you’d like to use is written in the Latin/Roman alphabet we’re good. Languages such as Arabic and Chinese may be hard for us to copy and probably won’t look very nice unfortunately! Please note that all messages in languages other than English will be translated first to ensure there is nothing offensive being sent.

 

CAN THE MESSAGE IN THE CARD SAY ANYTHING I LIKE?

Yes, it’s entirely up to you. We will not however, allow messages with offensive, derogatory and/or racist language. Your order will be cancelled without prior warning if we receive a message we deem inappropriate.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO WRITE MORE THAN IS ALLOWED IN THE MESSAGE BOX?

Please send us a message at contact@thesandpitgreetingsco.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

 

CAN I HAVE A BLANK CARD DELIVERED TO ME, SO I CAN WRITE THE MESSAGE?

Absolutely, please make a note of this in the message box at the time of ordering, specifying the envelope should be unsealed also, and we will deliver the blank card for you to write your own personal message in.

 

CAN I ORDER CARDS TO DIFFERENT RECIPIENTS IN ONE ORDER?

Of course - please just email us with all the different address details at contact@thesandpitgreetingsco.com and we will place your order manually for you and send a payment link. 

 

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Currently we deliver across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates. If you want to send a card to a recipient who resides elsewhere in the GCC please get in touch via contact@thesandpitgreetingsco.com to see if we can help.

 

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days (choose your date when selecting the card)
Next day delivery (if ordered before 8pm GST) – delivered on the following working day

 

CAN I CHOOSE A PREFERRED DELIVERY DATE?

Yes, please specify your preferred date in the box provided when ordering. You then need to ensure you choose the correct delivery option at checkout.

 

WHAT TIME WILL MY CARD BE DELIVERED?

We endeavor to make all deliveries before 4pm (GST).

 

CAN I ORDER FOR SAME DAY DELIVERY?

At the moment we're only able to offer next day delivery but please email us at contact@thesandpitgreetingsco.com and we will do our best to help.

 

DO YOU DELIVER ON WEEKENDS?

Yes we do! Weekends in the UAE are Saturdays and Sundays – we can deliver on these days as long as the correct shipping option is selected. 

 

WHAT IF SOMEONE IS NOT HOME WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER?

We will try to slide the card under the door if possible and if it won’t damage the card, alternatively if it is safe we will leave it under a doormat/behind a plant or failing that, coordinate with your recipient for a later delivery.

 

WHO SENT ME THE CARD?

In most cases the sender will add their name to the card, but if this has been missed, please contact us and we will ask them to get in touch with you directly. We don’t share personal details directly with recipients.

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?

We accept credit card payments by our third party provider Stripe. If you would like to pay via other means please contact us at contact@thesandpitgreetingsco.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order. 

 

HOW DO I AMEND AN ORDER?

If you need to make any changes, please contact us via email on contact@thesandpitgreetingsco.com.

We cannot guarantee amendments / cancellations can be made as your order may have moved into a status where this would no longer be possible.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER / THERE’S A PROBLEM – CAN I HAVE A REFUND?

We do not offer refunds due to the personalized nature of the cards. However, if you have experienced an issue then please contact us at contact@thesandpitgreetingsco.com so we can work out how best to resolve this for you.
